On the night of December 20, a night of boxing will be held in Miami, the main event of which will be a heavyweight confrontation between the former world champion Anthony Joshua (28–4, 25 KO) and an American Jake Paul (12–1, 7 KO).
On Friday, November 21, the organizers of the show announced the list of fights that will take place on the undercard:

- former UFC champions will meet in the ring and fight in the contract weight (up to 88.5 kg) – 50-year-old Anderson Silva from Brazil and 43-year-old Tyron Woodley.
- sexy absolute women’s bantamweight champion Cerneka Johnson (18–2, 8 KO) from Australia will fight Amanda Halle (12–0–1, 1 KO) from Canada.

Jake Paul was scheduled to enter the ring on November 14 against his compatriot Jervonta Davis, but the fight was canceled due to “The Tank” being accused of beating his girlfriend. For this reason, the show was postponed to December, and Jake’s new opponent was the ex-champion from Britain.
