Dynamo President Ihor Surkis explained his decision to appoint Ihor Kostyuk as the head coach of Dynamo.

“Ihor Volodymyrovych is a talented coach who has been working in our club for many years. He has nurtured more than one generation of talented young players, many of whom are now playing at the highest level in Europe’s top championships.

He knows well the youth of Dynamo and is not afraid to trust young players who have already managed to prove themselves at the level of the first team. He is a coach who knows how to find the right approach to players.
