Head coach of the Italian “Roma” Claudio Ranieri commented on the play of the midfielder Lorenzo Pellegriniwhom he considers one of the best midfielders in Italy:
“Lorenzo is a great guy and an exemplary professional. But he is an atypical Roman, he does not express emotions, in this we are similar. However, he remains one of the best Italian midfielders.
Now he needs to get his smile back, but he also needs help from the fans. They seem to have booed him repeatedly, something needs to be done about it. Will he return to optimal form? I hope so,” Ranieri admitted.
Loretzno Pellegrini played 19 matches for Roma in all competitions this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
Earlier it was reported that Ranieri commented on the form of Ukrainian forward Artem Dovbyk.
