The negotiation process between the parties is coming to an end, but “tricolor” has put forward a number of conditions for Ukrainians to successfully complete the agreement.
First of all, Fluminens wants to get more money than he had previously given Shakhtar, and much of the amount should be one -off, as well as Brazilians prefer to see in the contract easily accessible bonuses, a percentage of future sales and the right of predominant redemption in the event of a return to Brazil. Also, Fluminens insists that the installments for IACI payments to be as short as possible in terms of payments.
There are also requirements for Izaki. From the player, the Brazilian club requires to reduce the percentage of profit that it belongs to the potential agreement with Shakhtar so that the “tricolor” can get the maximum benefit. Fluminens currently owns 85% of economic rights in Izaki.
Earlier, Shakhtar made two proposals for Izaki – for 7 and 9 million euros – and both of them were rejected. This weekend, Fluminens is waiting for a improved final proposal from the Pitmen.
