The 26-year-old center forward Facundo Batista, known in Ukraine for his performances as part of Polissia, moved from the Colombian Atlético Nacional to the Uruguayan Peñarol.
Batista signed a two-year contract with the new club. The parties did not provide official information about the amount of the agreement.
Batista spent only six months at Atletico Nacional. In July 2025, the forward moved to this club from Polissia for 1.2 million euros, but played only 647 minutes in 24 matches and scored 4 goals.
It will be recalled that Facundo Batista also managed to play only the first half of 2025 in Polissa, having been purchased from the Mexican Necaxa for 1.75 million euros.
