Dnipro won in a difficult ending with a score of 71:69 and received a handicap of two points before the return game.
According to the agreement of the parties, the Ukrainian team will play both matches of this stage on the court in Constanta, Romania.
BC Dnipro is the only Ukrainian men’s basketball club that is playing in the European Cup this season. Based on the results of the two-match confrontation, the winner of the ticket to the main round of the FIBA European Cup will be determined.
Before the match, the odds for Constanta to win were only 1.05, but Dnipro created a sensation in the match against the Romanian club.
The second game between Dnipro and Constanta will also take place in Romania on September 26 at 20:30.
The winner of the confrontation will go to the group round, where they will play against French Cholet, Belgian Antwerp and Swiss Friborg.
