Canadian rapper Drake made another unsuccessful bet, this time on the fight between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua.
The musician bet 200,000 dollars on the sensational victory of the blogger, which never happened. Joshua knocked Paul out in the sixth round, leaving Drake without a potential $1.64 million prize.
The loss only fueled the theory of the so-called “Drake curse,” according to which athletes he bets on or is publicly associated with fail.
On the night of December 19-20, 2025, a big boxing show took place in the American Miami. In the main match, American showman Jake Paul and ex-world champion Anthony Joshua entered the ring. The fight ended in the sixth round – AJ brutally knocked out his opponent.
