Former coach of the national team of Ukraine Semyon Altman praised Sergey Rebrova for challenge Oleksiy Sycha and Yehor Yarmolyuk. The specialist said that it is not necessary to call the national team for past merits.
“I wouldn’t call it rejuvenation, rather it’s a forced measure. You know, they should not be called to the national team for the merits of past years. There must be development, evolution, rotation.
Team work and club work are very different. I am sure that Rebrov and his coaching staff have all the necessary information, they monitor the players and call up the best ones at the moment,” said Altman.
On November 16, Serhii Rebrov’s wards will play against Georgia, and on November 19, they will meet Albania.
Earlier, the Ukrainian coach explained why Serhii Rebrov did not call up Andriy Yarmolenko.
