“This morning, when I knead before the match, I beat the ball a little and in 10 minutes I had a very much blood from my nose and a sharply pressure. I immediately returned to the room, there was a very strong weakness. When I came to the match, after a few beats, I felt that I had a strong weakness and body inside – the reaction of the body was like.

In the first set, I still tried to play and fight, but then I realized that the condition is not very much … it gets worse. The doctor who went to the court also advised to star and not to continue the match.

I had doubts about my match, but then I ate, ate sweet and aligned my condition a little. However, already on the court, after a few games in the first set it became only worse. There was no balance, attention, breakdowns … It is a pity that it turned out … I felt that I came to this tournament in a fairly good shape.

Will I play a couple? If our match is delivered on Thursday, then I think. Tomorrow I will go to the hospital to take tests. ”

Yastremskaya in a paired discharge plays with Ostapenko. On April 14, the Ukrainian-Latvian tandem reached the quarterfinals of the competition.
