Shakhtar’s 23-year-old midfielder Georgy Sudakov officially became a player of Lisbon Benfika. The transfer amount was approximately 27 million euros (€ 6 750.00 for annual rent and € 20 250,000 for the purchase of the contract in 2026).
According to Ukrainian journalist Igor Burbas, Sudakov’s contract with “Eagles” prescribed Klausula – 100 million euros [жодного українця за такі гроші ще не продавали]. In the agreement with the Pitmen, this figure was exactly one and a half times higher.
The transfer agreement also provides for the percentage of the Ukrainian – 25%. In general, Shakhtar player is expected to receive 40-45 million euros in the future.
