Politanska is a pupil of the children’s and youth sports school in the city of Anthracite in the Luhansk region. She started her professional career in Zaporizhzhia “Orbit”, for which she spent a total of six seasons (2005-2011). Alla spent the next three years for Lutsk “Volyn” (2011-2013), twice won the Ukrainian Cup with the team, and then moved to “Khimik z Yuzhnoye”, as part of which she became the champion and winner of the Ukrainian Cup three times in 2014-2017.
Politanska spent the 2017/2018 season for Baku “Azerrail”, the strongest team in Azerbaijan at the time and added to her personal collection of trophies with the championship of this country. After moving to “Altai” in the summer of 2018, Alla won the Kazakhstan Cup with the team, spent a season with this team, after which she won the next championship in Kazakhstan for “Kuanysh” from Petropavlovsk.
In 2020, Politanska returned to Ukraine, in an ambitious project called “Prometheus”. In the spring of 2021, as part of the Kamensk club, the volleyball player won the championship of Ukraine for the fourth time, the national cup for the sixth time and the Super Cup for the second time, after which she returned to “Khimik” from Yuzhnoye, but did not finish the 2021/22 season due to the start of a full-scale war.
In 2022/23, Alla played for the Greek “Tetis” from Vula, and then moved to Romania.
As part of the national team of Ukraine, Politanska performed in 2015-2019, in particular, she was a participant of Eurovole-2019.
Alla could make her debut for Andrii Romanovych’s “Balta”, under whose leadership she played in “Khimik” and “Promethea”, last weekend, in the matches against “Bukovinka”. But the experienced volleyball player spent both matches in the reserve. Kateryna Volchenko was the passer of “Balta” in these matches.
