Then, in the qualification, the Poles coped with Silkeborg and Dynamo City without any particular problems. But in the main round, they didn’t grab the stars from the sky, but they didn’t fail either: 1:0 at home against Hamrun Spartans and KuPS, with 1:1 draws away from home with Strasbourg and Shkendiya-79. And only in November, Rayo Vallecano conceded 1:2 on their field.
