“The match consisted of two parts. The difference is that we played 45 minutes in the minority. There were many moments near the opponent’s goal. Even though we played with ten men, we were close to their goal in the first half. And again, the standard regulations made the game somewhat difficult.

I think we controlled the game in the first half. Sometimes Wolves ran into counterattacks, but we controlled the flow of the game. In the last third of the pitch, we lacked a bit of aggression, but we controlled the flow of the game. Then there was the second half, during which we had to change something, but the relegation made everything difficult for us.

Did Manchester United come close to equalizing? Of course. Sometimes we may not have made the best decisions, but we tried until the end. I had the feeling we were closer to equalizing than Wolves were before the second goal. In the end, we were focused on getting a draw, but we conceded another goal.”
