The winger looked stunned and was held back by the coachesCredit: Refer to source And as the winger was hauled off in the 75th minute, he appeared to say something to the ex-Southampton boss when he walked to the touchline.
Juric looked furious and immediately grabbed Lookman’s arm before reprimanding him.
Lookman appeared stunned as another member of staff separated him from Juric.
A second coach then put an arm around Lookman, who was astonished at his manager’s behaviour as he tried to approach him.
The incident came with the scores level at 0-0, with Lookman being subbed off for Yunus Musah.
Ten minutes later Juric brought on Lazar Samardzic for Charles De Ketelaere, who had earlier missed a penalty.
And his change paid off as Samardzic scored an 89th minute winner for Atalanta in France.
Lookman’s run-in with Juric is the latest in a series of controversies for Atalanta this year.

In February, former boss Gian Piero Gasperini slammed Lookman as “one of the worst penalty takers I’ve ever seen” after a Champions League loss to Club Brugge.
Lookman responded by calling his criticism “deeply disrespectful” in a statement on social media.
He said: “Being singled out in the manner I have been not only hurts but feels deeply disrespectful.
“Not least because of the immense hard work and commitment I have always put in each and every day to help bring success to this club and to the incredible fans of Bergamo.”
And this summer he went on strike at Atalanta after the club refused to grant him an exit, despite being linked with a number of teams.
He accused Atalanta of “broken promises” after a £32million bid from Inter Milan was rejected.
Lookman released another statement that said: “Despite now receiving an offer in alignment to what I believe had been discussed, sadly the club are blocking the opportunity for reasons I do not understand.
“As a result and after many months of broken promises and what I feel has been poor treatment towards me as both a human being and as a professional footballer, sadly I feel I have no choice but to speak out for what I believe is right and I feel that enough is enough.”
He ended up putting his feud with the club to bed and has played eight times this season, scoring once.
