He thanked the fans and his former Milan partners for their support.
“To enter the Hall of Fame of Italian football is a huge privilege, and for this I thank all my partners in the Milan team, the directors and all the fans,” the footballer wrote.
Shevchenko shared that his first trip abroad as a child was a trip to Italy. According to him, he was impressed by the generosity of the local people and after the trip he wanted to go back again.
