On July 23, the Junior Women’s Team of Ukraine in Basketball 3×3 started a victory at the XVIII Summer European Youth Olympic Festival.

The Ukrainians started the match better and after a third of the game won 5: 1, but several in a row of successful attacks of rivals allowed them to compare the score and even go forward to three points. Ukraine aligned the game and went to the last, trying to regain leadership.
The most successful in the national team of Ukraine was Svetlana Polyantsev, who gained 9 points, including two distant throws.
At 22:25, Ukraine will hold its second group stage against France.
