On January 17, the 7th round of the Women’s Super League started in Vinnytsia. In the first match of the day, “Dobrodiy” and “Polyssia Zhytomyr” met.
The nominal hosts won the first two sets with a minimal advantage (26:24, 25:23), but lost in the third. In the fourth set, Polissya had a chance to break the game, but an unused set ball and a quick comeback by Dobrodia brought victory to the visiting team.
The main star of the match was Valeriya Yakusheva (“Dobrodiy”), who scored 31 points. Valentina Osypchuk stood out as part of “Polyssia” – 24 points.
This victory allowed “Dobrodiya” to return to the 3rd place in the table, and “Polyssia” dropped to the 4th step.
