Chris Zylka, who split with ex-fiancée Paris Hilton in 2018, is facing two felony charges following an alleged Dec. 4 altercation, during which police said he was “foaming at the mouth.” Authorities say in their report, obtained by People, that Zylka was struck with a taser, as well as administered ketamine in order to “subdue” him.
