One month after Brittany Cartwright filed to legally end their marriage, the ‘Vanderpump Rules’ alum agreed in court documents to give his estranged wife full legal and physical custody of their 3 year old son Cruz. Brittany, 35, first announced her breakup from Jax, 45, in February, sharing that they were “taking time apart” as she moved into another home to “take some space for the sake” of her mental health.
