Bryan Kohberger, who is accused of killing four University of Idaho students in November 2022, is back in court for a motion hearing.
The judge will hear arguments from the defense, who plan to challenge the prosecution’s intent to seek the death penalty if Kohberger is found guilty of killing Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves, and Madison Mogenat their off-campus apartment. A trial date has not yet been set.
