This person joined the Representation team in December 2021.
This is stated in the Decree of the Head of State No. 59/2025 dated January 24.
“To appoint Olga Mykolaivna Kuryshko as the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” the decree reads.
From June 2023, Kuryshko held the position of deputy permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, and from December 2024 she was the acting permanent representative.
Kuryshko joined the Representation’s team in December 2021 and headed the Legal Support Department of the Representation. She systematically worked on strategic and program documents on reintegration issues, took an active part in the development of legal acts on the protection of the rights of residents of the temporarily occupied peninsula in the field of access to education, pension provision, obtaining passport documents, support for political prisoners and their family members.
It is also known that in the past Kuryshko was the chief state auditor-inspector of the Department of Organization of Subdivisions and Representation of Interests of the SFS and its territorial bodies of legal work management of the Main Department of the SFS in Poltava region.
Deputy representative of the president in CrimeaOn December 4, 2024, the president dismissed Tamila Tasheva from the post of permanent representative.
In September 2024, Zelenskyi emphasized that efforts should be made to liberate Crimea until the foreigners leave the peninsula. The President noted that Crimea is a part of our soul and Ukraine is fighting for the restoration of justice and for the opportunity for every Crimean to return to a free Crimea from Russia and fear.
