The ability to pay will not yet extend to online orders.
On November 22, the government changed the list of goods and services that can be paid for with funds from the “Natskeshbek” card / photo ua.depositphotos.comStarting today, December 11, Ukrainians will be able to buy food products of Ukrainian production, except for excise goods, with the funds of the state programs “Winter Support” and “National Cashback”.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Fozzy Group (“Silpo”, “Fora”, THRASH!TRASH!, Fozzy) and “Blyzenko” retail chains were the first to provide consumers with this opportunity.
It is noted that the ability to pay will not yet be extended to online orders. Other grocery chains will soon join the program.
The Ministry of Economy also reminded that from November 22, the government changed the list of goods and services that can be paid for with funds from the “National Cashback” card.
Where can you spend funds from the national cashback:
- utilities;
- medicines and medical products;
- books and printed products;
- postal services;
- charitable contributions, in particular to support the Armed Forces;
- food products of Ukrainian production (except excise goods).
Acceptance of applications to receive UAH 1,000 “Winter Support” continues until December 24, 2025. Funds are not provided to those who are outside Ukraine or in the temporarily occupied territory.

On November 24, the government published a resolution, according to which it was noted that the accrual of “Natskeshbek” to recipients will stop from May 1, 2026. However, the Ministry of Economy later denied information about the cancellation of the program. In November, it also became known about changes in the list of goods and services on which you can spend money at “Natskeshbek”.
On December 1, the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, Oleksiy Sobolev, announced that the government is currently evaluating the “National Cashback” program to revise its terms in 2026.
