Prime Minister Denis Shmigal said this during an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada. According to him, today these criteria are clearly written, digital, so they are extremely transparent, clear, clear. At the same time, he added that the government, together with the military, very clearly monitors how the booking is going, who books, in what industries.
“We have for critical enterprises and infrastructure, the defense-industrial complex is an appropriate approach together with the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff. For taxes that pay taxes, keep wages above the average Stand, “said Shmigal.
He stressed that these criteria satisfy both the military and the economy, so they do not plan a significant revision of the terms of booking in the government in the near future.
Mobilization reservationThe list of employees of certain bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations that are entitled to booking, provided for in the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 76. The document determines how many military servicemen can be deferred.
According to the resolution of the booking, conscripts working in public authorities and local self -government, the National Police, the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, Prosecutor’s Office, the Bureau of Economic Security, the SES, and the courts may be obtained. This also applies, in particular, to enterprises that are recognized as critical for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations, as well as for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population in a special period.
