This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernoroenko on the air of the telecast, quoted by RBC-Ukraine.
“Even after April 1, if a person wants to get the conclusion of the VLK, we give this opportunity. We actually print the mirror of the digital conclusion, and we give this opportunity to our people, this is not a problem,” she assured.
Chernororenko added that the paper opinion on the suitability of the conscript could be obtained immediately after the inspection.
“If it is a certificate of illness to recognize the unfit for military service, the commission approves the conclusion with the central or regional VLK, and then at the request of the citizen, you can obtain a conclusion on paper,” – said the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.
According to her, the interaction between the electronic Cabinet of the VLK, “Charm” and “Reserve” has already been established, so you can find your status of medical examination in the reserve application.
VLK reform in Ukraine – what is knownIn Ukraine, reform of military medical commissions began to be implemented, the next stage of which will start from April 1. According to the reform, all commissions will have to draw up the conclusions of the physical examination electronically.
The Tax Code also reported that by the end of the year the VLK would begin to consider cases anonymously. They emphasized that there will be no names in the directions, so the doctor will not know whom he examines.
