There is currently only one paid service for business in the state application “Diya”.
The Ministry of Statistics reminded that “Diya” remains a state application / photo UNIANRumors have spread in Ukraine that the state application “Diya” will become paid due to the liquidation of the status of a state-owned enterprise to transform it into a joint-stock company. However, the Ministry of Digital Transformation assured that no paid services for citizens will appear.
“There were a lot of rumors, different information was spread about Diya SE, but in fact everything is very simple. The Commercial Code was canceled in July of last year. According to these changes, all state-owned enterprises must be transformed into organizational and legal forms,” Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeriya Koval said on the air of the telethon
Thus, according to her, such a structure as a state enterprise should not exist in general. Therefore, different state-owned enterprises start this procedure depending on the organizational structure.
“In this case, when we talk about SE Diya, it will turn into a joint-stock company, all shares will belong to the state, so the state enterprise will continue to work in the same format. It will not affect Diya, electronic services, and neither will it affect their value,” Koval noted.
She also indicated that the only paid service in “Dia” is document multisharing. With this service, Ukrainians do not need to send each document several times separately. At the same time, the service is paid only for businesses and is free for customers who send documents.
“All other services that concern citizens will not be paid, because “Diya” is a state application. All services will continue to be provided in the same format as they were provided,” the deputy minister added.
