The Ministry informed that according to the results of the audit, 95% of all critical enterprises retained this status, but violations were discovered during the audit.

This was stated in the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.According to the agency, starting from December 1, the reservation of conscripts will again take place through “Diya”, and all critical enterprises must confirm their status by February 28, 2025.
The Ministry informed that according to the results of the audit, 95% of all critical enterprises retained this status, but during the audit, the following violations were detected:
- a sharp and unjustified decrease in the salary of employees after the enterprises receive the status of critical importance;
- the use of various models for overtime increase in the number of booked;
- inclusion of enterprises in the list of critical importance, which in fact are not critical for the economy.
Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaly Kindrativ claims that “the government was able to identify minor violations and prepare changes to correct them.” He added:
“And therefore, the new parameters of reservation and criticality of enterprises will become clearer and will ensure a balance between the defense capability of the state and the economy. According to the audit results, the enterprises in which abuses were detected lost the status of critical importance, and the employees of these enterprises were de-armored. We also streamlined the coordination of sectoral and regional criticality criteria enterprises. Reservations should be given only to those who really contribute to the economy and have a legal right to do so.”
Change of booking rules in UkraineThe Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution according to which postponements from mobilization, which were previously issued through “Diya” or the Ministry of Economy, are valid during the period for which they are granted, but not longer than until February 28, 2025.
