This announcement was made by German Foreign Minister Johann Vadeful, but he did not name the type and timing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Minister in an interview with ZEIT said that the supply of new weapons to Ukraine is not a financial issue, but the issue of accessibility and production capabilities of Ukrainian and European weapons. He added that European partners of Ukraine work on solving this issue.
“Ukraine has the right to defend itself against attacks. It will also have the opportunity to influence the territory of Russia, but we will not disclose (Russian dictator Vladimir – ed.) Putin, what weapons we supply systems to Ukraine,” Vadeful said.
In addition, Vadeful noted that he stopped trying to understand the probable logic of Putin’s attacks on Ukraine.
“He will stop only when he realizes that his plan is not working,” the German minister said.
