Crozetto noted that he does not know whether Ukraine is ready to make territorial concessions. He emphasized that only Kyiv can decide this.
“Only they (Ukrainians – UNIAN) can decide what is the greater sacrifice: the concession of territories or the continuation of the bloody war, which may intensify. Ukrainian losses amount to 520 thousand people, and Russian losses – more than 1 million. The difference is that the Ukrainians know about their losses, and the Russian people have no idea about it,” the Italian minister added.
In addition, Crosetto stated that Russia is actively spreading propaganda in European countries. According to him, Italy is the main country in Europe that Moscow wants to destabilize.
“Unsuspecting Italians have been bribed by Russia. Russia is already attacking us with hybrid and cognitive warfare. Even we, ordinary citizens, do not notice how its propaganda has penetrated the consciousness and cultural education of many people, directing them through the sophisticated use of social networks and other information tools, through scientific infiltration, and also through the classic infiltration of corruption.” – explained Crosetto.
