Everything that comes to sign and approval from January 27, when I approved the order of the enterprise, and brought to the whole team what I got to perform the duties. All relevant documents are already signed by me. That is, these are payment documents, contracts, etc. The transfer of cases is not due to the fact that the transfer of cases occurs when the manager goes from office. Currently, Ms. Marina Bezrukov is not going out of office, she is removed from his duties. If or when she goes from office, then of course, I have expectations that the cases will be transferred properly, ”Zhumadilov said.

Arsen Zhumadilov said Radio Liberty that the proposal to head the defense procurement agency received from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov on January 24. The Minister suggested that Jumadilov to lead AOP because DOT is similar to regulating activities – this has simplified the transition to the management of the defense procurement agency, which is necessary in the war.

“It was just a planned vacation that I agreed in early January. And there was such a request that was due to the fact that if some other person from the outside would come here and deal with cases, then he would be a very long time to study the context, all the circumstances before signing a document. And since I work in the same system, I am regulated almost the same as the defense procurement agency – I mean as the head of the state operator of the rear – then for me to intercept this relay wand and it is not to run quickly with it – this is not the same Already a difficult task, ”Zhumadilov said.

According to him, he should work out proposals to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and improve the procurement processes at the defense procurement agency. Zhumadilov says that “it is necessary to take some measures to build a job more effectively here, to make sure that all the processes are properly constructed and ready to provide our army as best.”

“That is, it concerns the entire purchasing process. We need to scan what is happening here and get out with a certain vision of what needs to be changed. We will offer a vision, I will give it to the minister. The Ministry must continue to be determined by the permanent head of the defense procurement agency. How it will be defined with it is already a question to the Ministry of Defense, ”the official said.

On January 21, the AOC Supervisory Board announced that its members unanimously decided to extend the contract with Marina Bezruk. After that, the journalist and member of the Public Anti -Corruption Council at MU Tatiana Nikolaenko reported that the Ministry of Defense did not agree that the decision of the Supervisory Board, despite the fact that, according to her, IUU should not be agreed, reporters of the Radio Liberty Radio Investigation reported. .

On January 22, the Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine concluded an additional agreement to a contract with the current director of the agency Marina Bezruk for 1 year.

As explained in the agency, in accordance with the Law “On Management of State Property”, the exclusive competence of the Supervisory Board is to approve the terms of the contract with the head.

But on January 24, the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov stated that the military department would not continue a contract with the Director of the Defense Procurement Agency Marina Bezruk, and promised to punish “all who failed work” on defense procurement. The Ministry of Defense also withdrew two representatives of the state from the Supervisory Board.

According to Umerov, the restart of the Supervisory Board will take place in the near future, and ASO will be appointed director Arsen Zhumadilov, who heads the “state operator”. Zhumadov himself confirmed that he agreed to become the new director of the defense agency.
