The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko on the air of Ukrainian radio told about it.
“Our strategic vision is generally interaction with the CCC into a digital convenient form. All stages of interaction with the military system must be digitized – from the resolution to registration to demobilization. All this path should be transparent, understandable and, most importantly, controlled.
According to officials, one of the biggest priorities in the Reserve+is currently fines online. In particular, a separate law was adopted that allows you to pay a fine through a “reserve+” with a 50% discount.
“It will be like this: a person who understands that she has violated the rules of military accounting, she has been informed through” Reserve+”, can choose the function to pay a fine and make it not for 17 thousand UAH, but for 8.5 thousand UAH. This practice is not new. We have such a practice regarding the violation of traffic rules and in fact, this positive practice.”
She noted that this functionality in the Reserve+will be launched within 3-4 weeks. This function, she said, will help those citizens who, for some reason, cannot appear in the CCC, cannot pay a fine quickly, but “want and understand that it is their duty to the state.”
The next functionality that the Defense Ministry wants to launch is the ability to pass the HCP in the health care institution that is convenient for a citizen.
“It is also a very important function for our citizens. In general, the idea is to start as much convenient functions for the citizen as possible to facilitate the process of fulfilling the duty to the state. That is, such bilateral relations with the state. The state makes it simple, understandable, transparent, and the citizen does not evade.”
New Services in “Reserve+”: The latest newsIn May, the Reserve+Appendix appeared two new types of delay – for people who found the VLK temporarily unsuitable, and for families where the wife or husband is a military and they have a child under 18 years of age.
At the end of May, two new services were added in the updated “Reserve+” application: displaying disability data and preserving the previous version of the military accounting document during its updating.
