According to him, this incident is a direct result of the replacement of licensed Ukrainian experts with unqualified temporary Russian staff.
“The Russians not only stole the station, but also unable to ensure its elementary security,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman added.
The quiet stressed that the Zaporozhye NPP should be returned under the control of Ukraine, as it is the only way to prevent further incidents.
