She stressed that the specific terms of the third round of negotiations are still being discussed, so they will soon become known about them.
Currently, Ukraine has not yet responded to Zakharova’s words.
The last negotiations in Istanbul between Ukraine and the Russian Federation – what is knownAccording to UNIAN, on June 2, Istanbul took place a second round of negotiations between delegations of Ukraine and Russia. After that, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed the first details of this meeting. According to him, if Russia turns these negotiations into an empty conversation, then there should be new sanctions against the aggressor country.
It became known that in Istanbul during the negotiations, Ukraine and the Russian Federation agreed on a new exchange of prisoners. According to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, attention was focused on the need to exchange seriously ill and the exchange of bodies of the dead.
In turn, the media reported that in Istanbul the Russians threatened Ukraine through the operation of the SBU “Web”. Then the Russian side stated that there was a risk of disrupting any negotiations and continuing hostilities through such steps.
However, the Russians once again insisted that the ceasefire is possible only after the release of Ukrainian troops from Kursk, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions.
