Since the beginning of 2024, the main suppliers of clothing for the needs of the Ministry of Defense have become three structures – LLC “MIC”, LLC “Oltex” and a group of companies “TC -Group”. They actually monopolized 100% purchases, although they supply products of poor quality. Political analyst Alexander Kochetkov wrote about it on Facebook.
The state operator of the rear, which is engaged in the purchase of clothing for the Armed Forces, and suppliers declare that more than 80% of products are produced in Ukraine. There is information that in fact 90% of clothing is produced in China. According to Kochetkov, in Ukraine there is simply no required amount of production capacity. Because only the TC-Group imports goods to Ukraine for a total amount of more than UAH 30 million to Ukraine with a total volume of 15 trucks.
“And most importantly, according to the information that came to me, much of these products does not meet the technical conditions and quality standards. The cost of these products is inflated by at least 2.5 times! Thus, only last year, the MO has overpaid for low -quality clothing more than UAH 1.2 billion,” Kochetkov wrote.

“I have no doubt that this story will soon become widely and scandalously known, and law enforcement officers will start doing it. But it is necessary to solve the problem once and for all, so that the recurrence of poor supply for the Armed Forces did not arise,” his post reads.
As previously reported, the DBR has completed a pre -trial investigation in the case of Igor Grinkevich and members of the criminal organization. In 2023, the companies under the control of the Ministry of Defense for the supply of military clothing in the amount of more than UAH 1.8 billion were concluded. Under these agreements, the Ministry of Defense received clothes worth almost UAH 1.2 billion. The assigned property did not meet the technical requirements of contracts because of its poor quality and could not be used for the intended purpose.
The DBR detained the members of the organization and informed them about suspicions. They were chosen in custody. One of the defendants was made on the international wanted list. Igor Grinkevich has been in custody since the late December 2023.
