According to her, assistance to the father or mother may come in two ways, in particular, in a message in action, if they use this application or, if not used, then through the Pension Fund after applying to the parents about the appointment of such assistance.
“Only one parent will pay for assistance. Parents who are abroad can be submitted, but it is critical to us that the child is in Ukraine. If there are certain family circumstances, it may be a child guardian,” Marchak said.
