Access to online registry services will soon be restored in Diya.
The Ministry of Justice reported that the Unified and State registers have already started working after the cyber attack / UNIAN collage, UNIAN photo, ua.depositphotos.comOn Monday, January 20, the functioning of the Unified and State Registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was restored after a large-scale cyber attack by Russia, the press service of the department reported on its Facebook page.It is noted that the following registers are already in operation: the State register of property rights to immovable property, the State register of encumbrances on movable property, the automated system of enforcement proceedings, the electronic register of apostilles, the Unified register of convicts and persons taken into custody, the automated system “Bankruptcy and Insolvency”, the Unified the state register of persons to whom the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Purification of Power” have been applied.
At the same time, the access of notaries and state registrars to the State Register of Property Rights to immovable property is currently limited for the period of updating data on encumbrances by state and private executors.
“At the same time, a number of electronic information interactions with state bodies, which use data exchange with the above-mentioned registers in their activities, are being restored, first of all with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Statistics, the Ministry of Digitization, the State Geocadastre, the State Geocadastre, the DPSU, and others,” the message reads.
The agency also emphasized that in the near future, access to online services related to the specified registers will be restored on the portal and in the Diya application.
Cyber attack on state registers: what is knownOn December 19, 2024, the largest external cyber attack on the state registers of Ukraine took place in recent times. Then, as a result of the attack, the work of the Unified and State registers, which are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, was temporarily suspended.
On January 5, due to the resumption of the State Registry of Civil Status Acts, such services as statements about the place of residence of children, updating data on the place of residence of children, social payments – subsidies, assistance to families with children became available again in “Dia”.
On January 9, it was announced that the work of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (USR) will resume. It was noted that with the restoration of the registry, a number of online services with the help of “Action” will work.
