This was stated by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Andriy Vitrenko during an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Teachers’ surcharges: What is knownAs reported earlier, from January 1, 2025, an additional payment for all general secondary education teachers – regardless of experience and place of work was set. At the same time, the government’s decision did not apply to preschool and out -of -school education teachers, as well as teachers of vocational education institutions and colleges.
Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovy stated that wages for categories, as a teacher of preschool education, teacher of extracurricular education, institutions of vocational education and colleges, local self-government bodies are mostly paid.
