There is no demobilization / UNIAN collage in Ukraine / Winan photo, Nadiya PryshlyakThe Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has developed a new rotation mechanism that can become an alternative to the law on demobilization.
This was announced in Ether Radio Liberty by a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky, answering questions on how to deal with cases of unauthorized leaving part of the servicemen:
“After 90 days of participation directly in hostilities, a person is entitled to rest, again for several months. This is an alternative to the release or establishment of a clear service life.”
The Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov reported that these recommendations had already been developed, Venislavsky added. Since the peculiarities of hostilities at the level of the law can not be regulated, the mechanism will be able to implement with the help of a directive, decision of the rate or order of the commander -in -chief.
Demobilization in UkraineWe will remind, from the new bill on mobilization at the request of the commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Sirsky excluded the norm on demobilization.
It was then reported that the government should develop a separate bill that will regulate the issue of dismissal from military service during martial law.
