Otherwise, the State Energy Inspectorate will not issue permission.

According to them, Special Gas was able to obtain a certificate of compliance from the State Secretariat the next day after the Order of Galushchenko – February 21. And on March 10, the company received a positive opinion of the State Energy Supervision, and thus green light to work.
