She reported this in Telegram. The Duma recalled that today the law on strengthening the ARMA’s institutional capacity has officially entered into force and therefore it was important to write a statement about dismissal on this day.

After a while, it became known that the Cabinet of Ministers supported the release of Elena Duma from the post of ARMA chairman. According to the Cabinet representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in the Telegram channel, the decision was made at a government meeting today.
The Cabinet also dismissed Victoria Vasylchuk from the post of Deputy Minister of Justice and put the authority of the trade representative on the Deputy Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic integration Taras Kachka.
ARMA workOn July 27, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the Bill No. 12374-D “On Strengthening ARMA (Agency for Investigation and Asset Management)”.
This bill provides an independent audit of the department, the transparent management of arrested assets, as well as new rules for the selection of ARMA leadership.
