Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko announced this in her Telegram channel. Money can be obtained for furnishing in a new place.

“The task of the state is to help people quickly return to normal life and ensure domestic stability for the family,” the head of government added.

The new mechanism provides for a one-time interest-free loan in the amount up to 50 minimum wages per family (about UAH 430,000).

The repayment term will be up to 15 years. Banks will be compensated for interest by the state, so this loan will be interest-free for recipients.

“Funds can be directed to property, household items and equipment necessary for proper living conditions in the new home,” explained Svyridenko.

How to use the new supportIn order to get a loan, one of the adult family members needs to apply with an application and a certificate of recognition as a victim to the local authority at the place of new residence after evacuation.

After reviewing the documents and approval, the authorized bank disburses the funds. The bank will be determined based on the result of the competition.

“The program will operate for all emergency situations provided for by law and will provide victims with a financial resource for quick settlement in a new place. Forced relocation should not mean the loss of life support,” the Prime Minister noted.

Detailed explanations regarding the application procedure and the list of documents required for obtaining a loan will be published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the near future.

Other support programs for UkrainiansIn December 2025, the government expanded the YeOsel lending program to one more category of Ukrainians. Thus, servicemen mobilized during martial law were allowed to obtain a preferential mortgage at 3%.

Earlier, a program of early health screening for Ukrainians over 40 years of age was launched in Ukraine. It will detect cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and mental health problems.
