The Ministry of Defense reported the simplification of the algorithm of passing VLK / collage of UNIAN, photo ua.depositphotos.comThe Cabinet of Ministers removed one of the requirements for the passing of military medical commissions. This is stated in a message on the website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In particular, the Cabinet approved amendments to Resolution No. 560, which change the algorithm for the passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK).
“The changes made to the resolutions are important. They will help to optimize and accelerate the passage of VLK. So people will save their time and the employees of the shopping center – to reduce the amount of administrative work,” – said the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digitalization Kateryna Chernoroenko.
According to the Ministry of Defense, earlier electronic referrals were generated in the application “Reserve+”, and then imposed an electronic signature of the head of the Tax Code. As a result of the changes made, users will soon be able not to expect the imposition of electronic signature by the head of the shopping center if they have expressed a desire to pass the VLK.
In addition, the innovation has strengthened the protection of the rights of people with disabilities during interaction with VLK. The Tax Code is forbidden to send people with disabilities to the commission. From now on, they can undergo an examination exclusively voluntarily if, for example, they want to contract.
In addition, the list of documents confirming the right to defer women and men who hold three or more children under 18 years of age is clarified.
Changes in the passage of VLKAs reported by UNIAN, in early March the passage of VLK became more convenient due to electronic direction. In particular, e -directions to the VLK to the reserve+ began to reflect the date of arrival for physical examination. This update allows you to pass a commission without unnecessary visits to the CCC, papers and long queues.
On April 1, 2025, an electronic office of the VLK has been opened in Ukraine. Conclusions about unfitness or vice versa – will only be drawn up in digital format. The information will be sent electronically to the Oberig Register electronically.
