You can already pay for products with state support funds in ten retail chains.
The number of stores where you can pay for Ukrainian-made products with the funds of “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” has increased / photo UNIANSince December 18, online purchases of products using the funds of “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” have become available to Ukrainians. You can take advantage of this opportunity on the MAUDAU marketplace.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Auchan, SPAR, VARUS, Torba, Simi23 networks also joined the program.
It is noted that the number of stores where you can pay for Ukrainian-made food products with the funds of “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” increased from 1,160 to more than 1,780 in a week.
Initially, the Fozzy Group (“Silpo”, “Fora”, THRASH!ТРАШ!, Fozzy) and “Blyzenko” retail chains provided consumers with this opportunity. Therefore, 10 retail chains are already participating in the program.
The Ministry of Economy reminded that the acceptance of applications for receiving 1,000 hryvnias of “Winter Support” continues until December 24. You can apply online through the Diya application or in person at Ukrposhta branches. So far, more than 17 million citizens have applied for a thousand hryvnias.
Funds from “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” can be used for:
- utilities;
- medicines and medical products;
- books and printed products;
- postal services;
- charitable contributions, in particular to support the Armed Forces;
- food products of Ukrainian production, except excise goods.
The agency emphasized that 1,000 hryvnias of “Winter Support” is not provided to those who are outside Ukraine or in the temporarily occupied territory. It is necessary to use the funds received on the “National Cashback” card after applying through “Diya” by June 30, 2026.
Payments from the state are the main news From November 15 to December 15, 2025, Ukrainians have the opportunity to apply for a one-time benefit in the amount of 1,000 hryvnias. Funds will go to the “National Cashback” card.
In November, it also became known about changes in the list of goods and services on which you can spend money at “Natskeshbek”. Since December 11, Ukrainians have had the opportunity to buy products of Ukrainian production, except for excise goods, with the funds of the state programs “Winter Support” and “National Cashback”.
