Sibiga also noted that Russia rejects any meaningful ceasefire formats. According to him, this is a sufficient reason for Ukraine’s partners to be introduced against the aggressor country with new sanctions restrictions.

At that time, Russia made a number of absurd demands – in particular, there were demanded that Ukraine actually give Russia Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Lugansk and Kherson region and did not make claims to Crimea. The second meeting of the delegations took place in Istanbul on June 2.
