Lazutkin recalled that, according to the Law of Ukraine, which was adopted on February 12, 2025, the Citizens of Ukraine of Ukraine should pass the recurrent VLK by June 5, that is, from 25 to 60 years, which by May 4, 2024 were recognized as limited to military service. He also noted that today the status was limited.
