Now decisions on booking employees will be made faster / UNIAN collage, UNIAN photoThe Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved changes to the Order of reservation of conscripts. This was reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In particular, the 72-hour period for checking the lists of employees submitted for reservation has been canceled for enterprises that have been confirmed as critically important. It is noted that now decisions on reservations will be made “faster”. This will allow to quickly protect personnel and maintain uninterrupted work.
In addition, the changes also apply to the possibility of booking employees of defense industry enterprises for a period of 45 calendar days. This is the period during which the employee eliminates violations of the rules of military registration. Such an innovation allows companies not to lose specialists during the settlement of formal procedures.
“We continue to improve the reservation mechanism, so that enterprises, especially in the defense-industrial complex, can work stably and maintain their teams. Quick decision-making, cancellation of unnecessary delays and the possibility of booking employees for the period of elimination of violations of military registration – this is what business has been waiting for a long time,” – noted Vitaliy Kindrativ – Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
It is reported that the innovations will come into effect from the date of official publication of the Cabinet of Ministers resolution. This enables military-industrial complex and mission-critical companies to quickly switch to the updated reservation mechanism and immediately use the enhanced capabilities to protect their employees.
