According to the minister, Shevtsov will work to reduce the time to provide the military, to simplify bureaucratic procedures and digitalize processes.

He has education in the field of international economy – a graduate of Kyiv National Economic University. He worked in the field of civil aviation, held management positions in a number of Ukrainian and international companies, founded and owned several businesses.
