According to him, a whole set of measures should work against the Shaheds / photo UNIANIn the fight against enemy drones, “Shakhed” should work with a whole set of measures. Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov, a specialist in electronic warfare and communication systems, adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, said this on Radio NV.
Answering the question about countering “Shahedam”, he noted that the first is the maximum use of anti-aircraft drone technologies.
“The adversary will counter our method… As soon as we set up a wall of anti-aircraft drones that can attack the Shaheds, the Russians will immediately switch to jet drones of the Geran-5 format, which fly at a speed of 500-600 kilometers per hour. So that our current echelons of anti-aircraft drones cannot work on high-speed targets,” explained “Flash” and emphasized, that already now it is necessary to think about this challenge.
So, Beskrestnov noted, a whole set of measures will work against “Shakheds”. In addition to anti-aircraft drones, it is necessary to use anti-aircraft missile complexes and aviation:

He stated the need to build a single radar field across the country.
The expert also added that he has “technological dreams” so that the anti-aircraft drones that will shoot down the Shaheds would be controlled remotely.
Struggle with “Shaheds”As UNIAN reported earlier, Valery Romanenko, aviation expert, leading researcher of the State Aviation Museum, noted that over the past three months, the number of Shaheds flying over Ukraine has been slowly decreasing, but at the same time, the quality of these strike drones is improving, and this process will continue.
Speaking about Russia’s use of “Shakhed” from Starlink, he noted that the accuracy of strikes with these means will increase absolutely.
