Sybiga in the US discussed support for Ukraine with Senators Graham and Blumenthal

Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiga reported on the conversation with United States senators Republican Lindsey Graham and Democrat Richard Blumenthal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on November 19.

According to him, he had a “good and meaningful meeting”, during which he thanked the senators for the bipartisan support of Ukraine.

“We discussed ways to promote a strong and mutually beneficial Ukrainian-American strategic partnership,” the head of the Foreign Ministry said.

Lindsay Graham today commented on 1,000 days of full-scale Russian aggression, saying that despite the “high price” Ukraine remains free.

“Let’s end this war in an honorable way that will not give rise to more wars and will ensure the survival and dignity of a free and independent Ukraine,” he added.

Sibiga visited Washington on November 19 – earlier the Foreign Ministry announced that he would hold a series of meetings at the US State Department and on Capitol Hill.
