Before that, on February 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said briefly that he would provide for annual contracts for Ukrainians aged 18-24. According to him, the initiative comes from military commanders, from the Ministry of Defense. He noted that among the bonuses of such contracts – additional million hryvnias, entry into universities without exams and free training, 0% by mortgage.
