According to the correspondent of UNIAN, this was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Oleksiy Kuleba, at a press conference on the results of 2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Russians often attack the critical infrastructure of Ukraine. According to him, the enemy attracted more than 500 drones and 30 missiles during the last shelling. In particular, the Russians attacked the energy infrastructure of the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

“So far, there is no synchronization and it may happen that people who have had long-term emergency outages fall into the planned schedules. Now the Ministry of Energy is working to prevent this from happening and people who have been without electricity for more than 8 hours do not immediately fall into the planned outage schedules,” said Kuleba.

He emphasized that Ukraine is quickly recovering after the shelling of the Russian invaders. However, the most difficult situation in the Kyiv region remains in the Vyshgorod district, where about 10,000 subscribers are currently without electricity.

“As for the city of Kyiv, the situation is stabilized here. We are on schedule, we ran out of emergency shutdowns about 3 hours ago, we are on schedule,” said Kuleba.

Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s energy system are the latest news On the night of December 27, the Russian Federation launched another combined attack on Ukraine using missiles and attack UAVs. In total, the Russian Federation launched almost 500 drones and 40 missiles, including aeroballistic “Daggers”. The main goal was the energy and civil infrastructure of Kyiv.

Energy expert Gennadiy Ryabtsev said that energy workers can stabilize the situation with electricity supply in the Kyiv region in the next few days.
